By connecting academic and non-academic institutions, regional clusters, and policymakers, the project empowers Early-Career Researchers (ECRs) with personalised career paths, tailored training, and individualised guidance – all designed to meet the evolving needs of the health innovation sector.

By uniting 14 expert partners, the project bridges the gap between academic excellence and industrial innovation. Our mission is to empower early-career researchers with specialised digital skills and stable career paths, effectively turning regional “brain drain” into “brain gain”.
