ARCOE is a Horizon Europe project coordinated by Fondazione E. Career Management Services for European Talents (CROSS) aims at strengthening the European Research Area by promoting career interoperability and organisational change. The project will develop and upgrade a range of key tools and solutions, including a self-assessment competence tool for researchers, a mentoring handbook, a roadmap for career counselling and for transversal skills training. The newly created ResearchComp Community of Practice will engage stakeholders across Europe and the HRS4R Repository will benefit research-performing organisations and researchers at all career stages, significantly improving career prospects and delivering broader societal impact.
SECURE2 is pioneering the institutional implementation of the European Framework for Research Careers to structurally enhance career progression and mobility, empowering researchers and institutions across Europe.
